A pretty, gold coloured metal pin badge advertising Sabena, Belgian Airlines.
The badge face is 2.5cm wide and has a clasp style fastener.
There are 3 types of Sabena logos. This one appears to be Sabena after the Independence of Belgian Congo.
The removal of the golden star from the flag indicates the territory of Belgian Congo was no longer a part of Belgium but Sabena retained the national colours of Congo. You can see that the Sabena colours are basically the Congolese flag (far right picture) with a blue triangle over it.
Belgian Congo became the Democratic Republic of Congo in 1960 and the star was dropped from the Sabena flag. So this postdates Congolese independence and was most probably manufactured in the mid-1960's.
