- A beautiful space race souvenier from the former Soviet Union featuring Valery Bykovsky, who piloted Vostok 5. The diameter is 1.9cm and the badge contains an actual miniature photograph of Bykovsky, hero of the Soviet Union. The badge is in effect a tiny picture frame and has a safety clasp style fastener to the rear.

Bykovsky first flew aboard a Vostok 5 spacecraft in June 1963 and would go on to take part in two more USSR missions.
His record-setting solo flight saw him spend five days in space aboard the Vostok 5, orbiting the Earth 82 times.
