- The badge is made from a gold coloured metal, the badge face is 2cm high and it has a long, stick pin style fastener to the rear. The picture on the badge features the face of Alexander Dubcek, who headed the Czech communist party in 1968 and managed to reform many of the Soviet laws, but was deemed to be too liberal and was ousted by the Soviet 1968 invasion of Czechoslovakia.
- This badge may have been hand made in support of Dubcek.
