Featuring the text 'Lesni Zavod Rychnov nad Kneznou', it would have been worn by members of the hunting union in the city of Rychnov nad Kneznou. The badge face features the three pronged pine twig, emblem of the Czech hunting association and the text 'Rychnov nad Kneznou Forestry Commission'
