- A silver coloured metal badge with a 2cm wide badge face and a long, stick pin style fastener to the rear.
- Depicting the logo of the Liga Morska i Rzeczna who are the Maritime and River League (LMR); a Polish social organization founded in 1924 with the aim of promoting maritime issues among Polish society. It worked to expand the sea and river fleet. In the interwar period, its goal was also to acquire land for settlement or colonies for Polish (e.g. in Brazil, Peru, Liberia, overseas territories of France).
