- A very pretty silver coloured metal pin badge from Latvia when it was part of the former the former Soviet Union advertising the Vidzeme region and proudly displaying an electric pylon (back when electrification was a proud moment !)
The badge face is 2.2cm high and has a long, stick pin style fastener to the rear.
