A vintage Czechoslovakian Pilsner Urquell beer advertising pin. It's hand painted, so probably dates from the 1950's.
The badge stared as clean gold metal, then someone drops brown and green paint into the recesses, lets it firm up them wipes the surface to remove excess paint.
The badge face is 2cm high and has a long stick pin style fastener to the rear and features the world famous Pilsner Urquell logo, which is the real-life gates to the brewery that you can still visit today.
