This is an unusual vintage souvenir key ring from Austria featuring the great composer and hypochondriac (he was Austrian after all) Johann Straus. The silver metal fob face is 3.5cm high. The entire item including the metal ring is 9cm long.
The attachment style is via a compression fastener on the ring.
