The badge face is 3.5cm in diameter and has a safety clasp style fastener to the rear.
It is an advertising pin badge from the 1970's for a publication called Izvestia which was an official communist newspaper of Russia up until the fall of communism in 1991.The text around the pin badge reads HOCKEY PRIZE IZVESTIA NEWSPAPER
