Vintage Ferda Mravenec the Ant Czech Cultural Icon Cartoon Pin Badge

The pin on sale here is the unmistakable cartoon figure of Ferda, it is made from white plastic with coloured enamel paints. It has a stick pin fastener and is 1.3cm high.

Ferda first appeared in newspapers around 1933 and later he was a childrens' cartoon.

The cartoon is still a regular feature on the children's program Večerníček.
