A vintage, 1960s gold coloured metal pin badge from former Czechoslovakia, the badge face is 1.3cm high and has a long, stick pin style fastener to the rear.
This particular pin is from the trade union OSZDS (Občanské sdružení za důstojné stáří) which was the Civic Association for Dignified Aging.
The text ROH stands for Revoluční odborové hnutí which is the central administrative body of all Czech trade unions.
