- A silver coloured metal, CSTV pin, it is 1.6cm in diameter and has a long, stick pin style fastener to the rear.
It features the initials CSTV and the text VYKONNOSTNI TRIDA MLADEZE meaning Performance Class Youth and is graded 2nd class.
The CSTV were formed in 1949 to bring all sports under a single, government run, governing body, similar to the sports model of the Soviet Union.
The CSTV would tour Czechoslovakia every 5 years to promote sports withing the country. Visiting schools, clubs and associations. The first tour was in 1957 and the last just before the European fall of communism in 1987.
