A pretty, 1940's talisman featuring the Douglas DC-3 and advertising the flight route Prague - Karlovy Vary / Mariánské Lázně
The metal face is 5.5cm high and has a twisted cord hanging loop -
The text on the badge face reads TALISMAN and the names of the Western Czech resorts of Jachymov, Frantiskovy Lazne, Marianske Lazne and Karlovy Vary.
- The other side shows a Douglas DC-3 Dakota that flew in the 1940's and 1950's with the text 'TO WEST CZECHOSLOVAKIA SPA PLANE'
- ČSA (Czechoslovak Airlines) operated Douglas DC-3 aircraft primarily in the post-WWII era, roughly from 1946 through the early 1950s for scheduled services
