This is a pretty, gold coloured metal Balkan airlines pin featuring the LZ registration code of Bulgaria and the silhouette of an Ilyushin Il-62. The badge face is 1.5cm wide, has a long stick pin style fastener to the rear.
Balkan Airlines was Bulgaria's government-owned national carrier between 1946 and 2002
They were called tabso up until 1968 when the name changed to Balkan. This pin doesn't mention the name, though it does feature the LZ designation of Bulgarian aircraft and the picture seems to be a Ilyushin 62.
