It has a long stick pin style fastener on the reverse side and the badge face is 1.5cm in diameter. - Sila were formed in 1943 and in 1948 merged with AB Aerotransport, Danish Airlines and Norwegian Airlines to form SAS. You can see the logo in use on this baggage label below.
