  This flag is made of a silky sheened fabric enclosed within a clear plastic sheath and stitched along the sides. It is in good condition with a coloured string loop on the top.

  The flag is 19cm high and is in good condition.

  The text reads 'Telc, City of Joyous Love', and displays the town crest.
