A gold coloured metal, award insignia from the army of socialist Czechoslovakia the CSLA (Československá lidová armáda). The badge face reads 'Outstanding Soldier' and has a 4.1cm high badge face and a screw thread uniform style fastener to the rear.
This is the older version (1950's / 1960's) made from a heavier weight metal.
