  The flag is from Czechoslovakia Elbe Shipping Company, called CSPL, who were the CeskoSlovenska Plavba Labska.

  CSPL, Inc., based in Decin, was established in June 13, 1922 as the Czechoslovak Elbe fairway stock company, Prague (CPSL). The founders of the then government and banks.
