A very pretty, 1966 pin badge from the World Volleyball championships held in former Czechoslovakia.
It is made from a gold coloured metal. The badge face is 2cm high and has a long, stick pin fastener to the rear.
Featuring the text MS v odbíjené mužů ČSSR 1966 meaning 'World Championships Men's Volleyball 1966' with a man reaching up to the volleyball net and ball.
The word odbíjené was in use for volleyball before the word volejbal replaced it in spoken Czech language.
