- A pretty vintage pin from former Czechoslovakia. The badge face is 1.5cm high and has a stick pin fastener to the rear. It features the text ' GOTTWALD KLADNO N.P.' below a large mining tower. Named after Czech communist president Klement Gottwald
- The N.P. stands for Narodni Podnik, or 'Nationalised Company'
- Kladno to the West of Prague was also found to have rich black coal seams and has been mined for 230 years.
