It is made from a gold coloured metal. The badge face is 1.3cm high and has a long, stick pin fastener to the rear.
Featuring the initials CSVS and the Czech national flag with a volleyball net and ball logo.
- The CSVS were the Československý svolejbalový svaz or Czechoslovakian volleyball Association. Now known by the post Socialism initials CSV.
