Featuring the national flag of Hungary. - This badge was made in the former Soviet Union to celebrate the championships in which the USSR were included. The Soviet Union hosted qualification matches in Kiev, Moscow, Leningrad and Minsk. The text around the pin reads EUROPEAN CHAMPIONSHIPS 1984 CCCP.
