• A rare Sportin Lisbon Benfice FC pin badge. The badge face is 2cm high and to the rear is a short, stick pin fastener.

  Featuring the logo that was in use in the 1960's.

  The badge is made of a plastic resin, which would point to a late 1960's manufacturing process back when plastics were the new wonder material, hard wearing and readily moulded into any shape.

  But by the 1970's badge manufacturers had moved back to manufacturing with metals and baked enamels.
