• A rare Arsenal pin badge. The badge face is 1.6cm wide and to the rear is a short, stick pin fastener.

  Featuring the logo that was in use in the 1950's and then changedto the familiar canon crest.

  The badge is made of a plastic resin, which would point to a 1960's manufacturing process back when plastics were the new wonder material, hard wearing and readily moulded into any shape.

  But by the 1970's badge manufacturers had moved back to manufacturing with metals and baked enamels.
