  • A very pretty dark silver coloured metal pin badge from Aeroflot of the former Soviet Union.

The badge face is 3.1cm wide and has a clasp style safety fastener to the rear.
The badge features the Tupolev 144 that entered service for Aeroflot in 1975.

You can see the Aeroflot logo written along the lower left hand side of the badge face.

  • The badge features the Tupolev 144 that first flew in 1968.

The Tupolev Tu-144 was the first commercial supersonic transport aircraft.
  • The prototype first flew on 31 December 1968 near Moscow, two months before the first flight of Concorde. The frequent comparisons to Concorde led to the Tu-144 being known as "Konkordski" in the West.
