• This badge is from the DTSB the former East German sports association.

  The badge face is 5cm high and has a safety clasp fastener to the rear. It celebrates their 25th anniversary in 1982 and is in its original presentation box.

  Historical Background

  The DTSB was a mass sports organization of former East Germany, founded in April 1957 it became the governing body for all sports in former East Germany and was involved in grass roots sporting events for children in schools.
