This pennant flag was manufactured for the Boxing Championships in the Czechoslovak city of Usti nad Labem. The flag face is 24cm high including the tassel end.
It is made from a fine weave, silk-like material contained within a clear plastic sheath that has kept it in tip top condition over the years. It is side stitched with a white cord edging that finishes in a hanging string.
The flag features the lion crest of Usti nad Labem and a boxing glove above it. The text reads 12th Annual 1981 Grand Prize in the City of Usti nad Labem.
The reverse side features the sporting crest of boxing club Red Star Usti nad Labem.
