This pin was manufactured for the 1980 summer Olympics in Moscow in the former Soviet Union.
Made from a silver coloured metal. The badge face is 2.5cm high and has a safety clasp style fastener to the rear. The badge is made from a lightweight metal, probably aluminium.
The picture displays the text MOSCOW 1980 below the Olympic rings and features the Spasskaya Tower and Senate dome in the Kremlin.
