- A very pretty, metal, 1973 pin badge from CSTV who were the Československý svaz tělesné výchovy or the Czechoslovak Association of Physical Education. The badge face is 3.6cm wide and has a safety clasp style fastener to the rear.
The text 'IV SJEZD CSTV PRAHA 73' advertises the 4th national conference in Prague.
- Importantly this event replaced the scheduled 1970 event.
- Due to major political turmoil following the 1968 Warsaw Pact invasion of Czechoslovakia and the subsequent "Normalization" restructuring process, the event was heavily disrupted and repeatedly postponed. The 4th Congress did not actually take place until April 1973
