1971 Pragotron Time Measuring Timekeeping Systems Anniversary Pin Badge

The badge face is 2.2cm wide and has a long stick pin style fastener to the rear.
The picture displays the Pragotron logo and the dates 1836 - 1971. 

The Czech lands have a very long tradition in building various timekeeping devices – the famous astronomical clock on the Old Town Hall, set into operation in 1410, is still working with the original movement.

Pragotron started life as Elektrocas in 1953 and then became Pragotron in 1969. The company produced such timekeeping devices as employee time clocks or punch clocks and the clocks at railway stations and schools.
