- A gold coloured, metal badge 2.5cm wide with a long stick pin fastener to the rear. Made to commemorate the 1971 50th anniversary of the Czechoslovak communist party the KSC, which existed between 1921 and 1992.
- The text reads :
- 50 HODIN REPUBLICE (50 Hours for the Republic) — This refers to a voluntary civic labor pledge where citizens or factory workers committed to working 50 hours of unpaid, organized community or industrial brigade labor (brigáda) in honor of the national anniversary.
- ZA SPLNĚNÝ ZÁVAZEK (For a Fulfilled Commitment) — Awarded to individuals who successfully completed those 50 hours of volunteer service
