- The text reads 'Фестиваль САМОДІЯЛЬНОГО МИСТЕЦТВА УРСР' in Russian, which translates to 'Festival of Ukrainian Indigenous Art' and features Lenin over a tapestry. The festival coincided with the centenary of the birth of Lenin.
