• This is a very pretty, 1965 pin badge made to advertise the 30th anniversary of Orlican glider or sailplane maker. It is 2.4cm in diameter and has a stick pin fastener and features the company logo.

  Orlican were a Czechoslovak State run company mainly manufacturing aircraft such as the L-Series of powered light aircraft and the VSO range of gliders.

  They ceased trading in the 1990's and the aircraft type licenses were sold to various other aviation companies.
