• A rare variety of pin badges from the Research Institute of Mathematical Machines ( Výzkumný ústav matematických stroju ) formed in 1950 in Czechoslovakia.

  This was a tremendously exciting period where mathematics was to merge with the new technologies emerging in computer science. The badge faces are 1.5cm in diameter (the first two) 1.2cm (10th anniversary pin) and 1cm in diameter. They have long stick pin style fasteners to the rear.
