- A rare 1957 gold coloured metal pin badge.
The badge face is 2.8cm high and to the rear is a safety clasp style fastener.
- This badge was produced for the local citywide youth festival organized in Stalingrad. These regional gatherings were held across major cities in the Soviet Union to select delegates and build momentum for the 6th World Festival of Youth and Students, which took place in Moscow during the summer of 1957.

Design Elements:
- The Text: The top red flag reads ФЕСТИВАЛЬ ("Festival"), while the bottom red banner bears the city's historic name, СТАЛИНГРАД ("Stalingrad").
- The Architecture: The stylized gold silhouettes depict the monumental, neoclassical propylaea (gateways) of the Central Embankment of Stalingrad, which had been completely rebuilt in the early 1950s as a symbol of the city's postwar resurrection from ruins.
- The Dove: A soaring bird (a dove of peace) flies beneath the banner, aligning with the festival's official global motto: "For Peace and Friendship"
