- A gold coloured metal pin badge with a 2cm high badge face and a long stick pin style fastener to the rear.
- This is very much a political statement. Celebrating the joint Soviet and Czech rail workers trade union just six years after the 1948 communist coup. Back in 1954 the socialist communist mandate was still full of promise after the terrible years of WW2. Back in 1954 rail links were the life blood of the country and the badge celebrates the 'TRADE UNION DAY for RAILWAYS 1954' and features a typical 1950's locomotive flying the Czech and Soviet flags.
