| Product Description : 1953 Czech Fishing Championships Technical Technique Competition Pin Badge A pretty 1953 gold coloured metal pin badge from Ostrava, in former Czechoslovakia, advertising the 1953 Czechoslovak Fishing Championships organised by the CSRS or the Czechoslovak State Fishing Association (Cesky Statni Rybarsky Svaz), which is now the CRS since Czechoslovakia became the Czech Republic. This particular pin predates the CSRS, which was formed in the 1960's when Czechoslovakia became the CSSR. Back then the CSRS was known as the CRS, without the 'State' inclusion in their name.
The badge face is 1.9cm high and has a long stick pin style fastener to the rear. Picturing a black fish in the centre with the coal mining towers of Ostrava in the background.
This is a antique pin badge approximately 60 years old and in excellent condition.
