Back then the CSRS was known as the CRS, without the 'State' inclusion in their name.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e The MO stands for 'Mistni Organizace' meaning 'Local Authority'  \u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe badge face is 1.8cm high and has a long stick pin style fastener to the rear.
