The photo card is 9.6cm wide by 6.4cm high. The card is made of one longer part with the end folded over and glued together and the pin badge is secured into the paper fold. The glue is no longer sticky but you could easily re glue the flap\u003cbr\u003e The pin badge features the 1973 anniversary logo and is 1.3cm in diameter with a long stick pin fastener to the rear.\u003cp\u003e The picture features the Aero script logo and focuses on the L 39 Albatros Jet Trainer aircraft. The rear side features the aero logo and the parameters of the aircraft. \u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003ch3\u003eHistorical Background.\u003c\/h3\u003e Aero were formed in 1919 shortly after the territory known as Czechoslovakia was created in the aftermath of World War 1.\u003cp\u003e Aero have made and designed many aircraft throughout their 95 year history. The German Luftwaffe made Focke Wulf monocoques at the aero factories during World War 2. \u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e In 1953 Aero opened the Vodochody engineering and assembly plant, purpose built for jet aircraft manufacture.
